About the role
Support HR policy implementation through recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, welfare, and HR administration for construction operations.
What you’ll do
• Assist with job ads, CV screening, interview scheduling. • Maintain employee files and HR databases. • Monitor attendance, leave, and workforce administration. • Respond to employee enquiries and support welfare activities. • Support training, performance appraisals, and HR compliance.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's in HR or related field. • Minimum 4 years HR or personnel administration experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, HR systems. • Good organisational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
