About the role
Support the clinic’s workforce and day-to-day human resources operations. Help attract and onboard staff, maintain records, and promote a professional workplace.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate screening. • Prepare offer letters and onboarding plans. • Maintain accurate employee and leave records. • Support payroll preparation with attendance data. • Coordinate staff training and performance reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR or related field. • 3–5 years HR experience, healthcare preferred. • Knowledge of Nigerian employment requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong organisation and communication skills.
