About the role
Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination for HVAC technical equipment. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
What you’ll do
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment issues. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up. • Prepare customer service reports and identify improvements. • Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly. • Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, and warranty claims.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. • Knowledge of warranty management and complaint resolution. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • 2-4 years experience in customer or after-sales service. • Experience in HVAC or technical equipment industries. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business or Engineering.
