About the role
Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining ICT devices and systems. Support business applications and ensure data integrity and system security.
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and network equipment. • Maintain records of ICT assets and incidents. • Support business applications and coordinate with vendors. • Administer user accounts and access rights. • Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, and access-control systems.
What you’ll bring
• Fresh graduate or NYSC member. • Basic knowledge of ICT troubleshooting. • Ability to maintain accurate records. • Familiarity with business applications. • Willingness to support audits and data backups.
