About the role
Lead customer-facing work to implement Counterpart Assistant in new provider practices. Manage multiple concurrent implementations and drive launches to completion on time and quality.
What you’ll do
• Own customer relationship through implementation. • Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple implementations. • Partner cross-functionally to unblock issues and coordinate handoffs. • Surface risks early and drive resolution. • Drive continuous improvement of implementation process.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years leading technical product implementations. • 2+ years healthcare technology implementation experience. • Exceptional customer-facing skills. • Expert in project management. • Strong technical judgment and communication.
