About the role
The Implementation Specialist leads client onboarding and system transitions for Ncontracts clients. They ensure timely project completion and provide consultative guidance on products and services.
What you’ll do
• Lead client transitions to Ncontracts product suite. • Serve as primary client contact and product expert. • Conduct client training sessions. • Analyze client needs and recommend solutions. • Maintain accurate project status and collaborate with teams.
What you’ll bring
• 2 years implementation or training experience. • Experience in Vendor Management or Risk Management preferred. • Knowledge of Ncontracts solutions a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
