About the role
Work as a social media community moderator for Indonesian language projects on a temporary basis. Engage with users and support digital communities for well-known brands.
What you’ll do
• Interact with users in real-time and engage in discussions. • Answer questions and troubleshoot issues. • Follow clear guidelines and workflows. • Moderate social media platforms including YouTube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn. • Use AI tools for interview preparation but not during live conversations.
What you’ll bring
• Native-level Indonesian language proficiency. • Experience in social media moderation. • Knowledge of pop culture and slang in Indonesian. • Excellent communication and grammar skills. • Personal computer with Windows 10 or macOS 12 and 150 mbps internet.
