About the role
Support Mitel channel partners to drive revenue growth through sales support and partner engagement. Serve as a key resource for partners navigating Mitel tools and processes.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for assigned channel partners. • Develop strong partner relationships and trust. • Assist with product, pricing, quoting, and ordering questions. • Resolve partner issues coordinating with internal teams. • Analyze sales data and provide insights.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in inside sales or related role. • Strong interest in technology and telecommunications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools.
