About the role
Drive revenue growth within Nextiva’s existing small business customer base through proactive outreach and solution selling. Support US-based customers with customer interactions conducted in English.
What you’ll do
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Engage customers proactively via calls, email, SMS. • Understand customer business and challenges. • Articulate value of Nextiva’s AI-powered platform. • Manage pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in revenue-related customer-facing role. • Advanced English fluency, spoken and written. • Comfortable with frequent outbound outreach. • Strong organization and follow-through. • Coachable and self-motivated with growth mindset.
