About the role
Provide prompt technical support remotely to users, resolving issues and maintaining client systems. Manage tickets, documentation, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What you’ll do
• Support client desktops and virtual environments remotely. • Maintain documentation using ITGlue and Connectwise PSA. • Manage ticket resolution and follow-ups. • Provide daily customer interaction with professionalism. • Attend team meetings and improve technical skills.
What you’ll bring
• 2-year technical degree and 1-5 years support experience. • Experience with MSP preferred but not required. • Certifications like A+ or Network+ preferred. • Familiarity with Active Directory, IT Glue, Connectwise PSA. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
