About the role
Lead the establishment and daily coordination of LifeCome HMO and LifeCome Benefits. Develop products, build partnerships, and secure customers for the new business units.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement launch and operating plans. • Coordinate product development and partnerships. • Establish customer enrolment and claims processes. • Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance. • Manage daily operations and recommend resources.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance or related field. • 7+ years in HMO or insurance sector with management experience. • Strong knowledge of HMO operations and insurance products. • Experience in business development and partnership management. • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
