About the role
Lead the establishment and daily coordination of LifeCome HMO and LifeCome Benefits. Develop products, build partnerships, and secure customers for the business.
What you’ll do
• Build customer pipeline with employers and institutions. • Develop and implement launch and operating plans. • Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance. • Manage product development, pricing, and partnerships. • Oversee enrolment, claims, and complaints processes.
What you’ll bring
• Understand regulatory requirements and compliance. • Work independently and deliver results. • Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance or related. • Experience in business development or partnership management. • 7+ years in HMO or insurance sector with management.
