About the role
Lead and manage a team of Intake Coordinators to deliver exceptional patient intake services. Oversee operations, coach staff, and analyze performance metrics in a behavioral health contact center.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily Intake team operations. • Collaborate with leaders to improve efficiencies. • Ensure policy adherence including HIPAA and PCI. • Conduct staff training and performance reviews. • Analyze KPIs and generate reports.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years managing health plan or contact center. • Experience with EHR and phone systems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace.
