About the role
Support a legal practice by managing inquiries, connecting with potential clients, and documenting leads. Serve as the first contact to help prospective clients and gather case information.
What you’ll do
• Prepare clear summaries of intake conversations. • Conduct intake calls to gather case details. • Manage incoming leads via phone and email. • Follow up consistently to prevent missed opportunities. • Enter and update lead records in CRM.
What you’ll bring
• Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM EST. • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. • Experience in client intake or legal environment preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and software. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
