About the role
Manage and adjudicate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and STD claims ensuring compliance and smooth case management. Guide employees and clients through accommodation and leave processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage and process FMLA, Military, State, company leaves and STD claims. • Advise clients on ADA and PWFA reasonable accommodations. • Conduct case assessments and communicate with employees and managers. • Review medical documentation and consult health professionals. • Support return-to-work planning and maintain client communication.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years managing Leaves, STD, ADA/PWFA claims or disability case management. • Strong computer skills for paperless environment. • Deep knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, state leave laws. • Ability to interpret medical documentation and recommend accommodations. • Exceptional conflict resolution and confidentiality skills.
