About the role
Maintain complete, accurate, and reconciled paper and electronic health records. Support data entry and quality reviews across multiple health service workflows.
What you’ll do
• Enter authorized data for HIV, TB, ANC/PMTCT, maternal and child health. • Maintain correction audit trails and report data loss or unauthorized access. • Track incomplete encounters and prepare routine summaries. • Reconcile source documents and electronic records. • Support data-quality reviews and resolve device/connectivity issues.
What you’ll bring
• Computer literacy and spreadsheet skills. • Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Records or related field. • At least one year relevant health-records or programme-data experience. • Commitment to quality integrated health services. • Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams.
