Integrated Maternal And Child Peer Navigator

About the role
Provide non-clinical peer support for pregnant/postpartum women and mother–infant pairs across maternal and child service pathways. Support service navigation, referrals, health education, and follow-up care in maternal and child health programs.
What you’ll do
• Document support, referral, screening, and tracing activities. • Work with facility and community teams to identify barriers. • Encourage continuity of care and follow-up for mothers and infants. • Provide health education and adherence counseling. • Conduct appointment reminders and defaulter tracing.
What you’ll bring
• Experienced mentor mothers and peer supporters encouraged. • Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health or related qualifications advantageous. • SSCE or equivalent with relevant peer-support experience. • Commitment to quality integrated health services. • Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams.
