About the role
Support client-focused solutions, reporting, and analytics while gaining FMCG industry experience. Work alongside Customer Success professionals to develop skills in data analytics and business consulting.
What you’ll do
• Support preparation and delivery of client reports and presentations. • Assist in responding to client inquiries and resolving data issues. • Help maintain client satisfaction through timely support. • Assist in analyzing market and retail data for insights. • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in projects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related fields within last 1-2 years. • At least one year post-graduation work experience. • Awaiting or about to start NYSC programme. • Basic data analysis and reporting skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
