About the role
The Internal Audit Officer will strengthen internal controls, safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with financial and operational procedures. The role involves auditing transactions, inventory, procurement, and production activities to improve efficiency and prevent losses.
What you’ll do
• Verify customer orders and payment transactions. • Review invoices and vendor transactions for accuracy. • Conduct monthly inventory counts and stock checks. • Audit raw materials and finished goods usage. • Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 2-4 years experience in audit or financial control. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reconciliations. • Strong analytical and investigative skills. • Ability to work independently and conduct physical audits.
