About the role
Review financial transactions, conduct audits, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements to safeguard assets and improve efficiency. Provide assurance on financial controls, operational processes, risk management, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Prioritize high-risk audit areas and conduct routine audits. • Review financial transactions and verify documentation. • Investigate cash and bank reconciliation discrepancies. • Assess compliance with procurement and inventory procedures. • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of accounting and audit procedures. • Professional qualification like ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CISA is an advantage. • BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. • 3-5 years experience in internal or external audit. • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
