About the role
Lead the record-to-report process across international entities ensuring accurate and timely financial close. Manage audits, statutory accounts, controls, and lead a remote finance team.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end R2R process and close calendar. • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are reviewed and approved. • Manage accruals, prepayments, journals standards. • Lead year-end audits and statutory accounts filing. • Drive process improvements and automation with NetSuite.
What you’ll bring
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent). • Experience in R2R including reconciliations and tax returns. • Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge. • Proven people leader with remote teams. • Strong controls experience, SOX preferred.
