About the role
Provide gold-standard account management for CIEE’s largest Summer Work and Travel host employers. Maximize placements and source new large employer relationships.
What you’ll do
• Maximize placements through account renewals and relationship growth. • Provide exceptional customer service and account management. • Prospect and cold call potential large host employers. • Oversee hiring activities ensuring maximum placements. • Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. • 2-3 years customer success or account management experience. • International study/work experience preferred. • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
