About the role
Oversee depot operations, monitor and reconcile stock records, coordinate stock transfers, and supervise stocktaking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient management.
What you’ll do
• Supervise all depot stock activities. • Ensure smooth depot operations and stock storage. • Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconciliation. • Coordinate stock/material transfers across depots. • Consolidate depot reports with accounts department.
What you’ll bring
• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Minimum 4 years experience in inventory monitoring or audit. • Experience with third-party depot operations advantageous. • Strong Excel and ERP inventory system skills. • High integrity and attention to detail.
