About the role
Manage hotel IT systems, networks, and Audio-Visual equipment to ensure smooth operations and guest experience. Provide IT and AV support for events and daily hotel functions.
What you’ll do
• Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel staff. • Install and maintain hotel network and internet connectivity. • Set up and operate AV equipment for events. • Handle guest tech-related complaints courteously. • Follow preventive maintenance and document faults.
What you’ll bring
• ND/HND/BSc in IT or related field with 2-4 years experience. • Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, PMS/POS. • Practical knowledge of sound systems and AV equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. • Able to work shifts, weekends, and physically handle equipment.
