About the role
Provide hands-on and virtual IT support for jobsites, regional offices, and project locations. Support craft workers and project teams by maintaining hardware, software, and connectivity.
What you’ll do
• Provide hands-on and remote IT support for jobsites and offices. • Serve as primary IT presence for craft workers and supervisors. • Troubleshoot and replace field devices. • Support jobsite networking and connectivity. • Create knowledge articles and SOPs for IT support.
What you’ll bring
• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years IT support in hardware, software, networking. • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals. • Basic networking skills for access points and switches. • Strong written communication for documentation.
