About the role
Join Perplexity as an IT Engineer to build AI-native IT systems and provide support. Help maintain and automate IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.
What you’ll do
• Build AI automations and workflows for IT operations. • Tune IT ticketing system and track KPIs. • Provide day-to-day IT support in person and remotely. • Develop and promote self-service IT tools. • Contribute to endpoint and identity management projects.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years IT help desk and systems administration experience. • Experience with macOS and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with Okta and Okta Workflows. • Proficient with AI coding tools and scripting languages. • Methodical troubleshooting and strong automation interest.
