About the role
Provide IT end-user support for hardware, software, and office systems in a biotech environment. Assist system administrators and ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and deploy IT solutions for end user needs. • Manage issues via email, phone, and ticketing system. • Participate in IT process and tool enhancement projects. • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. • Perform other assigned duties.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or equivalent work experience and certifications. • 2 years desktop technology and user support experience. • Experience in HIPAA controlled biotech or healthcare preferred. • Strong Microsoft and Apple desktop support skills. • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
