About the role
Provide first-line IT support and assist with maintenance and operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Provide basic technical support on hardware and software. • Assist installation and maintenance of computer systems. • Support network connectivity monitoring and troubleshooting. • Assist user account administration and IT system maintenance. • Maintain IT equipment inventory and document issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in IT-related field. • Must be serving NYSC Corps Member. • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking. • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365. • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
