About the role
Manage day-to-day IT operations, endpoint security, and support across Cordance HQ and business units. Own IT tooling, MSPs, and business unit platform transitions.
What you’ll do
• Own IT service management and helpdesk SLAs. • Manage joiner, mover, leaver access provisioning. • Administer endpoint and security tooling. • Support AWS landing zone and cloud access. • Deliver IT integration and vendor management.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years IT operations experience, 3+ years leading. • Hands-on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace administration. • Experience with RMM and EDR platforms. • Knowledge of AWS and Azure IAM and landing zones. • Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.
