About the role
The IT Operations Officer ensures seamless daily operation of technology infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and office systems. This role manages internet uptime, office security, meeting room technology, and IT onboarding for new staff.
What you’ll do
• Monitor office network to ensure high availability and uptime. • Liaise with ISPs and telecom vendors to resolve outages. • Oversee CCTV systems and conduct routine audits. • Maintain conference room technology and perform pre-meeting checks. • Collaborate with HR for IT provisioning and employee onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years experience in IT Operations or Help Desk Support. • Proficient in Windows and macOS configuration. • Basic networking and Wi-Fi management skills. • Experience with CCTV and audiovisual systems setup. • Strong vendor management and communication skills.
