About the role
Lead enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, and digital transformation initiatives globally. Manage complex ERP programs coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams through all project phases.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance. • Manage multiple concurrent projects across regions and business units. • Establish project governance and executive reporting. • Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 10+ years IT Project Management experience. • 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations. • Experience managing projects over $1MM. • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
