About the role
Manage IT service delivery across multiple locations ensuring reliable, responsive, and customer-focused IT services. Oversee service desk, incident management, vendor performance, and continuous service improvement.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day IT service operations. • Act as escalation point for major incidents. • Lead service desk and support teams. • Oversee support for POS, ERP, Microsoft 365. • Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. • 3-5 years in IT operations or service delivery. • Minimum 3 years in supervisory or managerial role. • Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or FMCG environment. • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
