About the role
Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and support employees. Manage IT systems, provide technical support, and ensure security compliance.
What you’ll do
• Prioritize excellent customer service and quick technical problem feedback. • Maintain network, A/V, and IT assets at London office. • Manage hardware orders and vendor relations worldwide. • Onboard employees with tools, systems, and hardware. • Provide on-call support including some holidays.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in IT Support, ideally remote or startup. • Experience with MacOS and Linux. • Experience with mobile device management (MDM). • Strong understanding of IT Security best practices. • Ability to work in London office 2 days a week.
