About the role

What you’ll do
• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications. • Provide daily IT support and technical escalation. • Administer enterprise applications and identity management. • Manage network, server, and infrastructure. • Implement information security and data protection measures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. • Minimum six years IT systems and network administration experience. • Experience supervising IT staff and multi-site IT service delivery. • Knowledge of enterprise applications like CRM and accounting systems. • Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft preferred.
