About the role
Assist senior IT team members with help desk support, device deployment, and network tasks. Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Meraki networking.
What you’ll do
• Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, chat, and in person. • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and printer issues. • Prepare and deploy laptops and desktops using Windows Autopilot and Intune. • Complete account tasks like password resets and MFA re-registration. • Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
What you’ll bring
• Enrolled or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office or 365. • Basic understanding of networking concepts. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Reliable transportation and full internship availability.
