About the role
Provide advanced IT support and mentorship across the company. Resolve complex technical issues and improve team operations.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support across Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian, Google environments. • Handle escalated complex technical issues from Tier 1 support. • Manage devices using MDM solutions like JAMF and Intune. • Implement endpoint security best practices. • Identify and recommend IT process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years IT support or helpdesk experience. • Experience resolving complex Tier 1 escalations. • Familiarity with Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian, Google products. • Knowledge of conferencing and collaboration tools. • Experience with MDM solutions and policy creation.
