About the role
Provide day-to-day technical support to Vast’s internal employees ensuring smooth system operations. Serve as first point of contact for technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
What you’ll do
• Provide help desk support and resolve user problems. • Maintain and support enterprise laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones. • Monitor and resolve incidents in ITSM system meeting SLA metrics. • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MacOS issues. • Onboard and offboard users, perform hardware/software upgrades.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years experience in IT. • Proven experience with ITSM tools. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Comfortable replacing computer components.
