About the role
Provide IT support including hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and asset management for SpaceX staff. Support critical operations and develop IT workflows and solutions.
What you’ll do
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier IT support. • Manage on site inventory and IT asset lifecycle. • Procure, configure and deploy hardware and mobile devices. • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues. • Write instructional documentation for technical concepts.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ years IT support experience in enterprise environment. • Experience with Microsoft technologies. • Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. • Valid driver's license and flexible schedule.
