About the role
Support and maintain Microsoft-based Windows infrastructure for SpaceX personnel. Troubleshoot, implement policies, and support productivity applications in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Support users and maintain critical Windows resources. • Troubleshoot and recover failed Windows systems. • Implement policies from security and engineering teams. • Define and document best practice standards. • Support O365, Outlook, Teams user productivity applications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in STEM or 3+ years IT systems administration. • 3+ years maintaining Windows infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS). • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash scripting. • User administration in Active Directory and EntraID. • Support Microsoft Office 365 suite on workstations and mobile devices.
