About the role
Generate leads, market properties, manage enquiries, conduct inspections, and close transactions. Support property sales, leasing, and rental operations.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Arrange and conduct property inspections and viewings. • Follow up with leads to drive conversions. • Maintain accurate records of listings and transactions.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of real estate market is an advantage. • Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets. • HND or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 2–4 years experience in sales or property marketing. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
