About the role
Coordinate logistics and support activities for the geosciences community. Manage visitor arrangements and logistics reporting.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate technical meetings and refreshment requests. • Manage weekly logistics reports. • Coordinate GSR mission statistics. • Maintain geosciences visitors database and accommodations. • Arrange visitor transport, security, and flight confirmations.
What you’ll bring
• Good command of English and writing skills. • B.Sc Degree in Arts or Social Sciences. • Very good knowledge of TEPNG structure. • Knowledge in PC and Microsoft software.
