About the role
Lead tender submissions, secure retail shelf space, and manage Medical Sales Representatives to ensure product availability and visibility. Drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships with hospitals and pharmacy chains.
What you’ll do
• Lead tender submissions and negotiate contract terms. • Mentor Medical Sales Representatives for marketing execution. • Negotiate prime shelf space with promotional campaigns. • Identify and secure new sales opportunities. • Ensure zero stock-outs and 100% shelf presence.
What you’ll bring
• 4 years pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales experience. • 2 years managing institutional accounts or pharmacy chains. • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related Biomedical Sciences. • Mastery of procurement systems and tender lifecycles. • Strong negotiation and team leadership skills.
