About the role
Manage relationships with key business accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. Monitor account performance and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
What you’ll do
• Build relationships with assigned businesses and decision makers. • Maintain contact and visit cadence, record conversations. • Monitor revenue, transaction activity and product usage. • Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products. • Coordinate onboarding, training, and service recovery.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years in B2B account management or related fields. • Experience managing customer portfolios and meeting goals. • Confidence with data, CRM tools, and field visits. • Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
