About the role
Review and onboard business customers for Ramp's Swedish payment institution. Manage KYB/AML compliance and customer communications to ensure smooth onboarding.
What you’ll do
• Carry out first-line KYB reviews of business customers. • Decide standard cases and escalate complex ones. • Handle customer communications during onboarding. • Resolve onboarding requirements from partners. • Document decisions for regulatory review.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years KYB/AML/onboarding experience. • Knowledge of business customer due diligence. • Fluent English, written and verbal. • Clear, friendly written communication. • Based in or relocating to Stockholm with work rights.
