About the role
Conduct microbiological testing, prepare samples and culture media, maintain records, and support quality assurance activities in a laboratory setting.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and analyse samples for microbiological testing. • Conduct microbial enumeration, isolation, and pathogen detection. • Prepare culture media and reagents following approved procedures. • Operate and maintain microbiological laboratory equipment. • Follow SOPs, GLP, and ISO/IEC 17025 quality control procedures.
What you’ll bring
• BSc or HND in Microbiology or related discipline. • Minimum 3 years hands-on laboratory experience. • Knowledge of microbial enumeration and pathogen detection. • Experience with aseptic techniques and sterilisation. • Understanding of laboratory quality control and GLP standards.
