About the role
Support clinical laboratory projects throughout the study lifecycle by coordinating daily operations and monitoring study performance. Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables for customers.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate study start-up activities and protocol-specific documentation. • Support centralized laboratory monitoring and protocol setup. • Manage daily operational tasks like site loading and kit shipment. • Monitor study performance and escalate issues. • Respond to study queries and lead customer communication when needed.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred. • Minimum 1 year relevant clinical or healthcare experience. • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Functional English proficiency, written and spoken.
