About the role
Provide legal advisory and representation to protect the Principal's interests in personal, financial, business, family, and professional matters. Manage contracts, legal risks, estate planning, intellectual property, and reputation management.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. • Identify and mitigate legal risks for the Principal. • Advise on wills, trusts, and estate planning. • Protect intellectual property and manage related legal matters. • Maintain confidentiality and coordinate with external legal professionals.
What you’ll bring
• LL.B. degree and Barrister and Solicitor qualification in Nigeria. • Minimum five years post-qualification experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian and UK law. • Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills. • High standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
