About the role
Provide clinical supervision to therapists and support mental health services with trauma-informed care. Conduct in-person and telehealth sessions with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and document sessions. • Complete NYS licensure paperwork for supervisees. • Develop and facilitate clinical training. • Assist with administrative tasks and performance management. • Review high-risk cases and respond to clinical crises.
What you’ll bring
• NYS Independently Licensed Mental Health Provider. • Leadership experience in mental health clinic. • Knowledge of NYS OMH Outpatient Clinic regulations. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
