About the role
Design, develop, and scale intelligent decision systems for Humana's Next Best Action platform. Lead end-to-end ownership of machine learning models and decision policies to improve healthcare outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Design and improve ML and reinforcement learning models. • Apply decision science and simulation techniques. • Develop scalable ML pipelines with Python and PyTorch. • Design experiments and evaluate model effectiveness. • Own model lifecycle from prototyping to production monitoring.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field. • 6+ years in machine learning or applied science. • Experience deploying ML solutions in production. • Strong Python and ML framework skills. • Knowledge of reinforcement learning and decision science.
