About the role

• Lead analytical validation strategy for NGS assays. • Design and analyze feasibility and performance studies. • Drive real-world evidence studies for clinical utility. • Develop algorithms and bioinformatics tools. • Contribute to regulatory submissions and publications.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s with 10 years or PhD with 5 years experience. • Expertise in NGS bioinformatics tools and variant calling. • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and shell. • Knowledge of statistical methods for assay evaluation. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
